One of the Charleston area’s oldest real estate companies is building two completely different projects a few miles apart in the center of Mount Pleasant.
“We’d like to think that they complement each other,” said Dan Doyle, vice president of development for The Beach Co. and development officer for Watermark, a mixed-use community located on 82 acres between Rifle Range and Bowman Roads.
