South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) selected as one of the winners of the Gone Google Ad Contest
COLUMBIA, S.C. – April 5, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Last week, South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) was named one of the 10 organizations world-wide to win the latest Gone Google advertising contest. Interested organizations were invited to submit written details about the impact that Google Apps for Business has had on their organization and why they believe that they should be featured in a Gone Google ad.
The contest also included creating and designing a catchy advertisement to accompany the entry. SCR Communications Director Sharon Delia and SCR Social Media Director Mike Crist submitted the entry, which was one of the winners in the “Americas” category.
SCR CEO Nick Kremydas said of the SCR win, “Technology drives the real estate industry and we’re proud to leverage Google Apps for our communication needs. Google Apps provide us the real-time collaboration, time management and membership contact that we need.”
As a winner of the ad contest, South Carolina REALTORS® now has a Gone Google billboard in Columbia, South Carolina. The billboard is up now and located on Jamil Road on I-26 toward Spartanburg.
