Columbia, S.C. – December 13, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Preparations are underway for the 2014 Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum (Forum), and South Carolina housing partners have been collaborating on ways to make the 2014 event better than ever.

For 19 years, the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) and its statewide housing partners, the Affordable Housing Coalition of South Carolina, USDA-Rural Development, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, have been working together to offer an informative and educational experience where housing industry professionals can collaborate on ways to improve and expand workforce housing opportunities and solutions within the state.

Attendees: The 2013 Forum resulted in the highest attendance ever with over 550 attendees, and we hope to exceed that for 2014.
